Return Policy You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Aether Vault Games within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Unpaid Orders Orders must be paid for in full before the end of the day of placement. Due to the fluctuating secondary market any order not completely paid for will be cancelled the next day.

Order Cancellation Aether Vault games reserves the right to cancel any order outright or limit the quantity or part of any order at anytime for any reason without prior notification. You will be immediatly notified of the reasons as to why your order was cancelled, and any payment you made will be refunded immediatly. Orders are rarely cancelled for this reason.

Pre-Order Cancellation: If you have placed a preorder and request a cancellation of the order you will be refunded as stoire credit for the order.

Refunds Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
